Moving is an exciting, stressful yet meticulous task that needs full attention from the customer. On the customer’s end, one of the most important things to take note of is to make sure to be present especially during the final walk-through. This is to make sure that the Salt Lake movers have loaded everything that needed to be moved. Forgetting some items from the old location and having to return to retrieve it will prove to be more stressful not to mention more expensive. To prevent this from happening, the best thing to do is to have an inventory of all items the day before the move. Lastly before signing the bill of lading, make sure that all the items are loaded to the moving van. The bill of lading is essentially a receipt and a testament that the movers have already loaded the customer’s belongings to the vehicle.
